What does that mean? Yoga is about self awareness and connection, about understanding our self and connecting to our own deeper wisdom.
Yoga is the cessation of the chattering of the mind stuff. Yoga Sutra 1.2 of Patanjali
Yoga has been used for centuries for seekers of wisdom to train the mind, to find stillness and focus and to unlock their own understanding and by yoga I mean the poses, yes but also the breathing, known as pranyama, the ethical teaching of yoga, such as the yamas and niyamas, meditation and yoga nidra (relaxation).
This event is for you if you are curious about the deeper aspects of the practice.
You would love to spend a morning in a beautful yoga space practicing yoga with like minded people.
Tea and coffee served. Time for reflection and journalling
Wear something comfy you can move in and feel free to bring your own yoga mat and a blanket.
Also bring a sense of curiosity and openess.
Booking is essential as space is limited.
