Post natal and Mum and Baby Yoga Teacher Training
Pregnancy is a short time in a person’s life but post natal is the whole rest of our lives.
Those first few months of baby’s life and of becoming a mum are special but challenging. Yoga provides women with the support and self care to be fully present with their baby and themselves so they can gain confidence and enjoy this precious time.
For Mum, yoga allows her to do something for herself to start to tone her core and pelvic floor, love her post natal self, alleviate any issues from pregnancy while bonding with her baby and gaining confidence as a mum.
For babies, yoga supports their development, helps them feel secure and relaxed with a calmer more confident version of their lovely mum.
For everyone, learning about whole body, integrated intuitive core alignment will support us to be strong and move from a centred space, prevent injury, and feel powerful and supported while loving the bodies we are in.
The aims of this course is to empower you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to support women, and their new babies, through yoga, and deepen your understanding of core and pelvic floor, as well as developing your own practice.
