This class is a chance to go deeper into the body through the power of relaxation. Restorative yoga is a practice where we align the body and stay present in gentle supported poses so we can experience the transformative power of letting go. Have two or three pillows and or a yoga bolster and some blankets to support you in this practice. A yoga mat is nice but not essential, as is a scented candle. A super way of balancing the stronger practices and the stresses of everyday life, this class will leave you relaxed, calm and energised for the weekend and the month ahead.
