Solstice meditation

This ritual meditation is a beautiful practice that I have been doing every winter solstice since I started yoga.

It marks the longest nights, the darkest days of the year and gives us a chance to ground ourselves and connect with what matters and celebrate our own inner heart light.

What you’ll need – Have a comfortable quiet place to sit for this practice.

Bring a drink of your choice.

A new candle to light in the ritual. (if you like you can have 5, one green, blue, yellow, red and white)

This practice is a chance to take time out for yourself at this busy time of year.
