Happy hatha – Yoga for stress
Fun and physical, each class will include movement, breath work and deep relaxation for dealing with stress. We will explore how yoga helps the nervous system and allows us cope better with stress.
The classes start with a short centring practice to give you a chance to settle in and then move through a dynamic joyful practice to open and warm the body, and focus the mind. We will practice strengthening poses, some fun challenging poses and always finish with a deep relaxation.
This is a fun dynamic class, great for building resilience, flexibility and inner strength. Each class is loosely based on one of the chakras.
Everyone is invited to move mindfully, have fun and go at their own pace.

Hi! So many good things to say about the hatha flow classes, I love how relaxed but energised I feel after. I look forward to that hour of “me” time each week. Clare has such a soothing voice for the relaxation pieces but is also very clear in how she instructs the more difficult poses.
I find I have become more flexible and have a few stretches I can rely on now if I have aches coming on. I also love the convenience of online – no need to travel – just hop on zoom.
