Move It Mondays
This short dynamic class is action packed, combining the science of Hitt, the breath and good alignment to help you build fitness, flexibility and inner strength. This is ideal as a way to re energise and burn off excesses. It is a short, low impact where you can still get your heart rate up and work hard to get the benefits of a longer fitness practice with all the love of yoga.
It can be done as a stand alone class but also works better as part of a combination of other classes, for example you could do it and then settle in for Monday night meditation and relaxation, or combine it with the Thursday evening hatha flow and a restorative practice.
It is not suitable for pregnancy but great for mums postnatally.
