February Restorative Yoga class
Spring is in the air! This month’s restorative will focus on the connection between three beautiful chakras, the heart, solar plexus and the throat.
This class is a chance to go deeper into the body through the power of relaxation. Restorative yoga is a practice where we align the body and stay present in gentle supported poses so we can experience the transformative power of letting go.
What you’ll need – Have two or three pillows and/ or a yoga bolster and some blankets to support you in this practice.
A yoga mat is nice but not essential, also a scented candle and eye pillow. Something lemon or pink if you have it.
A super way of balancing the stronger practices and the stresses of everyday life, this class will leave you relaxed, calm and energised for the month ahead.

This class is included free of charge for those already taking a course of classes or may be booked as a drop in class for €14 if space allows.
