Joyful Hatha Flow
These classes are fun and dynamic and quite physical. Each will include a theme from yoga’s ancient or modern teachings, and explore it throughout the class. The classes start with a short centering practice to give you a chance to let go of what else is going on and then move through a more dynamic physical practice to open and warm the body, and focus the mind. We will practice strengthening poses, some challenging poses and always finish with a deep relaxation. Everyone is invited to move mindfully, have fun and go at their own pace.
This is a fun dynamic class, great for building fitness, flexibility and inner strength.
Hi! So many good things to say about the hatha flow classes, I love how relaxed but energised I feel after. I look forward to that hour of “me” time each week. Clare has such a soothing voice for the relaxation pieces but is also very clear in how she instructs the more difficult poses.
I find I have become more flexible and have a few stretches I can rely on now if I have aches coming on. I also love the convenience of online – no need to travel – just hop on zoom.
